Contracts

Over the years various customer's requirements, from small trades to large Plc's have required specific charging and invoicing procedures. With the "Roadrunner"* system, we are able to produce POD's and Invoices to individual departments and/or depots, with central accounting.

Contracts can be charged:

• By the day plus distance
• By the hour plus distance
• By distance
• By the pallet per drop per area
• By any system you require us to work a price out on

If requested, a report on total work per department or depot can be supplied monthly.

Invoices are raised and sent every Monday, unless there are only two days to the end of the month, giving you time to invoice your customer before the month end.

Someone, somewhere always has a mobile phone with them, and out of hours calls are diverted to it from the office. Phone the office and you will always get a reply.
